When I was in 8th grade I began my teaching career. I started sharing what I had learned about jazz improvisation on saxophone with some of my classmates. Later I went on to teach music at the college level for 14 years.

What I realized was I was good at teaching, mostly because I have always cared about my students improvement. I also have always been good at breaking complex information into bite size pieces. Coaching, I believe is a natural extension of this AND I love helping people realize their potential!
The other skills I bring to the table are my skills as a Master Practitioner in NLP and a trained hypnotherapist.
When I was in high school I read my first self-help book. It was "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. Well I was hooked! The next book was "Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz. From there I went on to "The Power of Your Subconscious Mind" by Dr. Joseph Murphy. Since then I have continued non-stop reading, taking courses, meditating and basically doing everything I could do to embody this knowledge. However I was not getting the results I had expected.
Last year, I made a decision! I was going to figure this stuff out!!! I dug in deeper, practicing more intently than ever before. At this point my main source of information was found on YouTube. I took voluminous notes and created a journal to chronicle my "progress." The notes extended to 172 pages and my journal currently is 31 pages in all.
So why am I telling you this? It's because I DID figure it out. I cut through many of the misconceptions and discovered how to actually make big changes in my reality. However, as cosmic as that might sound, at this point I don't think of it that way at all. I have an extremely practical way to go about the business of reality creation . . .
